On the Impact of the Coming Disclosure

So here I sit at 37,000 feet breathing recycled air for the ninth time in three months pondering my existence upon this blue sphere and what precisely I am doing here. I've come to two immediate conclusions: the first is that I haven't the foggiest idea and the second is that maybe my purpose is to bring some level of awareness to people about the existence of extraterrestrials and its ultimate impact upon humanity as we know it. Peering out at these crimson tinted cloud tops I imagine a massive UFO silently slipping across the expanse beneath this plane in my minds eye and nobody else on this plane giving even the slightest care in the world about it. I can see the mentally preoccupied CFO in business class catch it out of the corner of his eye and think to himself "that`ll make a great tweet when I land..." Sometimes I wonder if anyone still cares about full disclosure of the ET reality anymore?

Personally, I would like to believe its still on our collective bucket lists, as a society, but it seems more and more that's no longer the case. Given the choice most people would pick a new iPad over the revelation that we're not alone in the universe. Have we lost the way or have we all just become so complacent that we truly don't care as much as we should about this topic? Mainstream news has denigrated and demeaned the topic of Ufology to the point of being no different than a face eating cannibal in Miami or a water skiing bulldog in Michigan. It's fringe entertainment meant only to be consumed in bite sized increments, listed under the tagline odd news, filler for the gaps between senators tweeting photos of their junk to the world and drunk celebs punching the paparazzi -- you know, the real news.

A number of years ago during a trip to the Galapagos I met an extraordinary individual and we became lifelong friends. He was a retired air force pilot and ex Vietnam POW who spent a number of years in that most famous of all hotels. Once he opened up about his experience I was able to bring up exceedingly more fringe topics with him, including UFOs. When he returned to the US the military basically said to him, you can do whatever you want in the air force, just tell us what that is and we'll make it happen for you.

"I want to work on Project Bluebook." was his answer.
Their response, "Anything but that."

So he became a flight instructor and, just like that, left his curiosity of the whole UFO topic behind him. The way he put it was that you don't ask questions, you don't open that door again because it's closed. Move along, there's nothing to see here. He said the last thing they want is for any of it to really get out of the bag, and what does get out is usually allowed out for some specific reason. He went on to have several incredible UFO-related experiences in his career as a pilot, but I can't go into that here, nor is that the point of this article.

My point here is that full disclosure isn't going to come about without a fight. There will be blood and lives will be destroyed in the process. The powers that be are going to try as hard as possible to keep this knowledge from going public. Why? Because entire industries will collapse when it's ultimately revealed that we don't even need oil or combustion engines, that everything we've built around us is resting on the foundation of a grand deception, the darkest most elaborate lie in the history of humankind. The revelation that we're not alone will be a domino effect that ripples throughout the world. Most people, I feel, will accept if not fully embrace this knowledge with a positive attitude. But for as many positive effects there will be negative as well. Once it truly sinks in that humankind has been lied to for decades, that we do have clean zero point energy, that we do have the power to cure horrible illnesses, that we don't have to be shackled to the hydrocarbons that we're slowly killing our planet with... that's when the bliss of knowing we're not alone in the universe will be replaced with total outrage.

What most people don't realize is that full disclosure will be similar to a worldwide natural calamity. Most people immediately think the first thing to collapse will be organized religion. I think that's short-sighted at best. People will choose to stick to their belief system whether it's challenged by the concept of aliens or not, and even if they don't it doesn't much matter in the grand scheme of things. I think it would be most evident among government scientists and engineers who would have to deal with the fact that their employer has been lying to them and feeding them false data all along. More importantly, the grim revelation that many of their fundamental beliefs in science might be wrong. In 1960 the Brookings Institute study "Implications of a Discovery of Extraterrestrial Life" looked at this very situation.
"It has been speculated that of all groups, scientists and engineers might be the most devastated by the discovery of relatively superior creatures, since these professions are most clearly associated with the mastery of nature, rather than with the understanding and expression of man."
So when you ask yourself why the government is so keen on keeping the lid on this whole topic just think about how many different industries would be affected, think about how many jobs would be impacted, think about the economics of it all. Retooling an economy based almost entirely on oil would be extremely disruptive to society, to say the least. But potentially the biggest problem will be the blowback upon governments of the world by their own populace, the people will demand an explanation for the lies, coverups and ridicule. Once this cat is out of the bag, it opens the door to potential chaos. It truly is Pandora's Box and nothing will ever be the same again.

There will inevitably be a huge shift in credibility, once the government discloses this information they will lose all credibility on the subject after decades of lies. This distrust will become all encompassing and credibility will suddenly shift from the government to the Ufology community. Mainstream media and the public at large will look to the Ufology researchers for straight answers.

Lt. Col. Philip J. Corso
Yet, there has already been disclosure on some levels. Recovered alien technology was what seeded private industry in the decades after Roswell, as Philip Corso lays out in his book The Day After Roswell. It was the catalyst for the technology that is currently integrated into every aspect of our lives right now. As early as the 1960's we had the ability to escape earth's gravity in a craft the size of a fighter jet using electrogravitic technology. In the 1970's and 80's research centers such as Bell Labs and Xerox PARC were busily reverse-engineering recovered 'foreign technology' and functional computational linguistics which led to massive leaps in technology. In the 1990's and 2000's the focus was on miniaturization of components and exceedingly fast computer components, stealth technologies and UAV's.

Don Phillips, Lockheed (ret)
Don Phillips (Contractor, USAF, CIA, Lockheed Skunkworks) testified on record about his direct involvement with 'extraterrestrial devices.' I won't go into detail here but it's well worth watching his entire testimony. Don's boss, Ben Rich, was famously quoted as saying, "We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an Act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do." For the benefit of humanity, that's the key phrase here. Rich even went as far to say that ESP is part of the key to interstellar travel. So there's simply no question that our current level of technology in 2014 is far beyond what any of us can possibly fathom. There are military craft that are mistaken for UFO's, and vice-versa. The state-of-the-art has likely reached the point where one is indistinguishable from the other.

But that certainly doesn't mean the military went Full Monty with the recovered alien technology they had in their possession either. The truly earth-shattering stuff--like propulsion systems, weapons and medical scanners--were kept safely in the hands of the government and placed into compartmentalized special access programs, presumably for eternity. Sure, they let specific things like transistors, fiber optics and night vision escape into the private sector, but that was all intentional, it was all part of a larger plan under their tight control. It's what they have right now which they're never going to share with us that could irrevocably change the entire planet.

Imagine a world where we could mothball every nuclear power plant, oil refinery and coal fired facility on the planet in a handful of years because our new alternative energy source is free, clean and harmless? Imagine never having to drill for oil in the ocean again! It might not be a stretch of the imagination for our open-minded readers, but Wall Street might have a decidedly less positive reaction. Remember that ripple effect I was talking about, well it applies triple in the case of economics. Regardless of whether or not Paul Krugman thinks an alien invasion would fix the economy, it doesn't take into account the fact that we already have the technology to provide endless renewable power for entire cities thanks to this perceived 'alien threat.' It's a typical human approach to assume that the only way to boost a failing economy is through conflict and the manufacture of weapons to fuel it. Let's face it, if the visitors wanted to invade this planet, we'd already be done for by now. It's not at all about invasion, it's about our own government(s) withholding world altering technology that could benefit everyone, and it's happening right now as I type this.

What full disclosure really means is the end to a way of thinking about everything, not just our place in the universe but how we perceive everything we have created as a society thus far. The ramifications are wide ranging and will touch every aspect of our lives. It's a game changer of epic proportions and our government will continue to spend billions of dollars to make sure everything remains copacetic. Don't ask questions, don't open that door... just go about your lives working, paying the mortgage and filling up your car with petrol. To the powers that be the very concept of the existence of alien life, much less the reverse-engineering of alien technology, shouldn't even be occupying a thought process in our brains. Nothing to see here folks, move along...

So here I sit, still at 37,000 feet, still breathing recycled air aboard a pressurized metal tube burning hydrocarbon based fuel to fly and pondering my existence upon this blue sphere. I've come to two new conclusions: the first is that my purpose is to bring some level of awareness to people about the existence of extraterrestrials and its ultimate impact upon humanity as we know it. The second is that full disclosure is not going to be a basket of kittens. It's going to be a messy, chaotic and quite possibly terrifying experience for everyone. Everything we know will change on a fundamental level overnight and we will all be forced to accept the negative effects along with the ultimately positive outcome.

Full disclosure of the ET reality is going to happen in our lifetime and we're all going to have a front row seat as we hit this crossroads in our evolution as a species. Each of us needs to be prepared for it mentally, emotionally and spiritually so keep your minds and hearts open and always remain positive.

The Dirty Word of Ufology

One of the problems with our perception of contact is that most of us are too fixated with the mystery and the unknown - the curious lights in the sky and scary tales of abductions and missing time. Lately I have begun to change my observational habits, spending less time looking "out there" and spending more time thinking how the ETs or Visitors see us. How do we appear in their eyes? We are quantum minds residing temporarily within a chemical body - your mind or consciousness is a piece of what we know of as God. Religion and power hungry folks over time have succeeded in creating and promoting an illusion that insists we humble ourselves, prostrate our selves in worship and hope a nugget is tossed our way by the unseen gods - but in fact you ARE the universal consciousness. It's time to end the illusion and time to focus on worshiping yourself. We have an out-dated, archaic, warped society and most of us have been bombarded, if not brainwashed into thinking we are worthless, lowly creatures and the UFO visitors will present a glorious, holy, impossible, singular moment of crispy, golden contact in 3D and HD.

In fact people have been speaking to and interacting with these "aliens" for quite some time. The Visitors/Aliens/Universe that are involved in making contact with us Earthlings are part of a confederation, part of the infinite matrix or multiverse and they've been around for a while and they know how contact needs to be rolled out. Contact is a long, evolving process and it must be so in order that we as a whole can adjust to the information and frequency of Universal level interaction. Here's the secret, the trick - are you ready? The aliens are not coming toward us - we must move toward them. It's that simple. This is why for most of us we only get a drip of evidence, one little drop at a time - just enough to get the attention of the curious and open-minded. The drips are minuscule and perfectly elusive, but enough to get us to turn our heads into their direction and to get the gears in our quantum mind turning.

Contact primarily takes place in the mind, just as any conversation during your day. The Visitors have been putting out information for decades, but most of us just haven't looked down to see it in plain sight, myself included. "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink" and likewise the Visitors, to some degree, expect us to figure certain things out on our own, or simply continue to evolve until we are ready. Agent K and I have been coming across incredible material lately and we have been timid to post this material on TOR or the Blog for fear that it's just too over the top but I don't believe we would be doing the best job as Object Reporters if we did not share the information with all. I also feel strongly that this contact process is evolving and if we don't pump up the volume on The Object Report Blog then some people are going to miss a potential short cut to the important bits.

So, let's crack out the dirty word and get it over with. "Channeling"... there... I fucking said it. For those of you who are repulsed by the notion of channeling, believe me I'm in the same corner with you. Channeling is right there along side accidentally seeing a grandparent naked or Richard Simmons with his curly, sweaty hair prancing around in leg warmers and/or some late night 1-800-dial-psychic infomercial. If you mentioned channeling to me a few years ago I would have scoffed - but not now. I've had two distinct paranormal encounters in my life and I know beyond a doubt there are ghosts milling around which means there is life after death - something beyond. It's obvious at this point, a soul or quantum, non-local mind exists and we just don't know exactly how this works - specifically what I'm saying is that we don't know what the limitations or parameters are for this quantum mind. I have seen three, clear as day UFOs moving about, I've had encounters with one pissed off ghost and the ghost of a dead neighbor and one remote viewing episode -  so I can say without a doubt something "beyond" is all around us, unseen but nevertheless there. Ascending into a higher quantum level (less linear) where the Visitors reside is not hard stuff and apparently involves no real work, certainly nothing physical to do. It all boils down to information and focus, with the emphasis on focus. How could it be so simple? I think the answer itself is simple.

If you zoom in on a typical atom and keep zooming down to the level of the atom, continuing down to the level of the quarks that make up the protons and electrons zooming down to the quantum level - everything is just waves. There is nothing else in the universe other than vibrating waves. Solid objects are an illusion. As an example lets zoom in on a proton, at left, from some of the water from your drink this morning.
The image at right is a quantum-level zoomed in view of an electron from a neuron in your brain forming a thought as you read this sentence. The point is that everything in the Universe is made of vibrating waves, nothing more. An electron in your water or an electrical impulse in a neuron in your head - its all the same thing - vibrating waves. The concept I wish to get across is that our focus, our passion, driving thoughts - are nothing more than vibrations in the quantum matrix. Everything is just vibrations at the fundamental level - and so there is no real work or physical effort involved in becoming a more conscious being and raising your overall vibration in order to perceive beings in other dimensions, UFOs, ghosts, etc. Simply because you're already on automatic pilot, one is already vibration energy. The ONLY thing that has ever been missing in your efforts is focus. My wife and I call this the "mushroom effect" as one year in particular whilst driving we noticed a lot of people scurrying to and fro, in and out of the woods all around town with little wicker baskets like something out of an M. Night Shyamalan flick. "What the hell are they doing?" we wondered for weeks on end then one day spotted one of the basket people not too deep in the woods and slowed the car enough to notice they were picking mushrooms. We had never noticed all these mushrooms around before, never gave it a thought - but after the basket people revelation we began to notice these particular, edible mushrooms were everywhere. Once our focus switched on, narrowed down and locked on - we saw those mushrooms everywhere, literally.

So, with the notion that the inevitable bridge to the Visitors can be crossed - the wormhole traversed simply through the focus of your attention - here is the link to Ra and the "Law of One" http://www.lawofone.info

Obviously at some point the Visitors/Aliens need to make themselves accessible to such a degree that doubt is taken out of the equation, out of our heads. We need some level of mass physical interaction on the part of the Visitors or all of this would remain speculative, philosophical and perhaps even become fatiguing. The good news is that the Phoenix Lights over Arizona was apparently a dry run on the part of the Visitors to test the waters. We should expect more sightings of this magnitude and more open revelation of their existence. In the meantime, I'm quite convinced they are broadcasting various pre-contact concepts and suggestions in order that the more adept will be better prepared mentally, having taken certain high level concepts to heart in anticipation of something extraordinary.

Through the Looking Glass: Faster Than Light Explained?

We recently posted on The Object Report a link to a UFOTV presentation about The Scole Experiment which took place in the 1990's in Scole, Norfolk in Great Britain. If you have not already watched that video on Youtube here is the link: Scole Experiments. There is an official Scole website online as well.

The Scole Experiment covered multiple events and techniques which allowed other dimensions and beings to communicate with us on Earth via images, sound and material manifestation and all of them are incredible and apparently authentic. There's no reason to go into the evidence in detail as it is readily available on the web. In this Special Report the focus is on one particular experiment set up by the Scole group that kept me thinking and might just contain valuable insight and revelation. In "Project Alice" a Sony camcorder using Hi8 magnetic film cassettes was set up in such a way using two mirrors so that the camcorder could only record its own view finder.

In short, this created a feedback loop and it is within this feedback loop that something beyond our physical constant was able to inject what I believe might be a faster than light signal. This feedback reflection technology has been known since Plato's time, but now with advancements in technology and electronics, we have the luxury of witnessing this phenomenon with our eyes via the Web and I believe it reveals not only the paranormal to us but also reveals some sort of extra dimensional quantum FTL principle we can actually begin to understand with our 3D monkey brains.

Many of us have stood in front of a dressing mirror which has a mirror directly behind it, seeing within the mirror an infinite reflection that repeats into a distant, dim fade off. This is the same concept with the Sony camcorder filming its own viewfinder - this rig, or setup is a visual recording of a feedback loop. What the Project Alice set up is NOT is an ordinary mode of filming. Ordinarily when one looks at a strip of 35mm film, such as that used to shoot Hollywood films, we see clearly the camera records 24 individual frames per second. This is basically an ordered sequence of discreet snap shots simply viewed one after another. Through linear film we will only, can only see linear information and we can take this one level further in reasoning and say in our vibrational constant we will only see things that exist wholly within our constant.

In essence for any Faster Than Light signal to be perceived at our resonance level, the feedback loop zone of the camcorder acts as a delay amplifier, allowing the signal to gradually vibrate slower and thus interact with the electrons in our Universe. Do keep in mind when we talk about faster than light in this context, we are not talking about moving through space or accelerating - we are looking at a pure data signal coming from a source in another universe or reality that simply has its own constant. What separates the constant of one Universe from another Universe? This is not known, but it likely falls under the concept of a Higgs field or the notion that the Multiverse is a gigantic (if not infinite) spherical fractal, within which exist discreet planes of matter, like layers of an onion. Crop circles seem to suggest the notion of a fractal Multiverse.

There were several other Scole experiments which yielded visual and auditory results that did not involve an amplifier device, such as the role of 35mm camera film that contained apparently hand written text and drawings. This suggests that there are other means of receiving an FTL signal or it could suggest the beings on the other side have their own equipment or technology or that this spiritual realm is not a faster than light realm. If we live in a Multiverse, then there would exist worlds within other Universes that vibrate more slowly than we do. However, experiencers who have had interaction with higher beings provide evidence that the "All" or radiant source of all that is, indeed has other dimensions which vibrate at a higher frequency than our constant.

Could it be so simple? Scientists tend to get touchy when someone suggests a faster than light possibility but we must keep in mind serious discussion is already being given to the notion of faster than light travel involving the warping of the space-time fabric. Einstein's "Spooky Interaction at a Distance" has already been repeated many times over in several labs, suggesting information can be transmitted instantly across any distance. Now we can add the mental image of this Project Alice feedback loop amplifier to the spinning plates in our heads, along side the warp engine and spooky interaction teleportation.

Lastly, here is an incredible conversation on this topic in much greater depth in a Coast to Coast AM show with Joshua P. Warren who does a superb job of explaining all of this.

Mysterious Engineering of Machu Picchu: A Personal Account

Panoramic photo of Machu Picchu | View larger image here

Having traveled around the world and been to about a dozen UNESCO world heritage sites including Skara Brae, Skellig Michael and Chaco Canyon, Machu Picchu has always been at the very top of my list, both as a proponent of the Ancient Astronaut theory and on a personal level. I recently had the opportunity to travel to Peru for nine days, three of which were immersed fully in the Machu Picchu site and surrounding archeological areas--most importantly Huayna Picchu which is the mountain peak that looms in the background of every famous photo of the Machu Picchu ruins (I'll get to that later). Everyone knows of the city in the clouds or the "Lost City of the Incas" as some historians have dubbed it, but you cannot fully appreciate the magnitude of the engineering that went into the construction until you are actually there on-site studying the stonework in detail, up close and personal.

Just getting to the site is an adventure. As you round the 14th switchback on a dirt road in a bus too wide for said road it becomes quickly apparent that this is no easy place to reach. I would have hiked to the top, but the weather wasn't cooperating and I simply wasn't up to the task of lugging 40 pounds of camera equipment up 1,500 meters of slippery steps. Once you get past the crowds of tourists and guided tour groups you're able to spend some quiet time relatively alone in the site. I hit it at the very end of the rainy season which is just prior to the beginning of the major tourist influx. It was definitely a sweet spot and I reaped the benefit of staying in nearby Aguas Caliente for two nights to account for any inclement weather.

You couldn't fit a razor blade
between these stones

The first thing I was awestruck by was the sheer size of the site. It's far more expansive and spread out than you are led to believe in books and articles you can find online. Even with my 11mm ultra wide angle lens it was difficult to capture it all in a single frame. Some of the terraces extend for 1,000 meters both up and down the mountain slope. But even more surprising is the fact that 70% of the site has still yet to be excavated and explored. The vastness of this Incan wonder goes far beyond what we can see today. Looking out over the surrounding mountain peaks you can see areas of jungle that suddenly jut upward from the mountain side suggesting the presence of as yet undiscovered structures. Machu Picchu was found, but it's whathasn't been found that could be even more interesting.

Every stone interlocked with eachother. The gaps seen
in some areas were caused by earthquakes.

The second thing that hits you like a truck is the sheer size of the stones and the distance up the mountain that they were transported. The local guides and Inca historians will tell you this was all completed with ramps, logs and well coordinated human muscle power. The stone was transported from a quarry kilometers away and then somehow moved up 2,430 meters of near vertical jungle-covered mountain side in the rain while coping with frequent earthquakes, in 80 degree heat and 80% humidity... 560 years ago... with crude tools and rope made from jungle vines. Okay, so I might be inclined to believe this generally accepted theory purely from an Occam's Razor perspective. There's no evidence to suggest that there was any other novel method used to construct the site, so the most obvious explanation is probably the correct one.

The angle of the stone was intentional,
it helped prevent collapse during
frequent earthquakes. This photo is
actually of an Inca structure in Cusco
not Machu Picchu, but the method
and architecture is identical.

Of course, whatever evidence that may exist to the contrary is locked up in the Peabody Museum at Yale University in the United States. Not Peru, mind you, Yale. For the 100th anniversary of the discovery of Machu Picchu by Hyram Bingham, Yale University so graciously loaned the country of origin a few artifacts from it's collection to be temporarily displayed for the year. I think that's bullshit and therefore have a beef with the Peabody. Many historians have since dismissed claims that Bingham, an American explorer often cited as one of the inspirations for the character Indiana Jones, discovered Machu Picchu. But it's now widely accepted that a Peruvian got there before him and a German named Augusto Berns may have looted the site in the late 19th century long before Bingham's arrival. There is some evidence that a German engineer, J. M. von Hassel, arrived even earlier than that. Maps found by historians show references to Machu Picchu as early as 1874. Regardless, Bingham is still credited with bringing the archaeological wonder to the attention of the world and the Peruvian government tried to sidestep the controversy by deciding to celebrate "100 years of Machu Picchu in the world".

That said, there is no permanent and comprehensive collection of original artifacts from the site on display in Peru, and with no written Incan language (only the dying spoken language called Ketchua), that means there is no way to determine indefinitely how the site was constructed. It's all just speculation mixed with some logical deduction at this point and the Peruvian guides and scholars will tell you exactly that. When I questioned my own guide about the actual process involved with the stacking of the stone blocks--some of them up to 50 tons--she always started her answer with "What we think is..."

Overview of Machu Picchu | View larger image here
The bottom line is that we still don't really know the how, what and why of Machu Picchu. I'm sure I'll catch some flack from a diehard Inca historian about this statement and I welcome the input because I've yet to see a theory that takes into account every environmental factor. The Incas never used the wheel in any practical manner. Its use in toy artifacts demonstrates that the principle was well-known to them, although it was not applied in their engineering. The lack of strong draft animals, as well as steep terrain and dense vegetation issues, may have rendered the wheel impractical. How they moved and placed the enormous blocks of stones remains a mystery, although the general belief is that they used hundreds--possibly thousands--of people to push the stones up inclined planes. A few of the stones still have knobs on them that could have been used to lever them into position. It is generally believed that after the stones were placed the Incas would have sanded the knobs away, but a few were overlooked. Either way, let's say I approached a modern day engineering and architectural firm and outlined exactly what I wanted them to create for me--a city perched atop an
8,000 foot mountain peak in the jungle completely removed from any and all infrastructure and comprised of tens of thousands of stone blocks excavated from a quarry kilometers away. Once they stopped laughing hysterically, they would quote me an astronomical monetary figure followed by a nearly insurmountable logistical nightmare involving thousands of helicopter flights and a series of on-site crane assemblies that would rival even the most ambitious mega-construction project today. It would make no sense today just as it would make no sense in 1450.

But let's back up for a moment, I don't want to get ahead of myself here because what most people aren't aware of is an even more incredible site called Huanya Picchu which overlooks Machu Picchu from 360 meters above. This is where, according to the historians, the high priests resided along with the virgins and they would hike down from the mountain peak each morning to announce the coming of the new day. I hiked to the top of this, and I can tell you it was by far the most treacherous and insane hike I've ever made in my time on this planet. The fact that there were structures made of solid stone weighing several tons at the top of this peak, which was FAR less accessible than Machu Picchu itself, makes you wonder how and why this site could even exist in the first place.

View from the top of Huanya Picchu--you can see the switchback road to the left of MP.
It took two hours and an iron will to reach the top.
Ultimately, Machu Picchu generates more questions than answers. Why were there no 50 ton stone blocks ever found in the river at the base of the mountain? Surely they would have lost a stone or two during the construction process? Vines would have snapped, and a block would have tumbled down the steep cliff landing in or next to the river below. Would they have recovered that lost block and still used it in construction? Perhaps. The simple fact remains that we still don't know so much about the site.

Nova recently produced a documentary called "Ghosts of Machu Picchu" which explored some of these unanswered questions, I recommend checking it out. After the episode was aired Nova had a Q & A session with one of the contributors to the program, architect and archeologist Vince R. Lee. As evidenced by his answers, unknowns still abound at this site. Here are just a few questions regarding transport of the stone blocks, you can see all of the questions and answers here.
Question: Did you give any thought to the way the Incas originally carried the stone before bringing it to the building site? If they were able to break up a very large stone into building block size and keep a record of the original sequence of breakage and then reconstitute that order at the building site they could save a great deal of work in reshaping, since the blocks they were putting together had originally fit together in the first place, and a minimum of polishing would be required. ~Barry

Answer: This is an intriguing idea which has occurred to a number of us researching this question. However, in almost every case we know of, the quarries of the Incas were simply large boulder fields where loose rock had fallen from mountain faces and were chosen for their quality and their shape, rough shape and then dragged down to the building site for finishing. There is one exception to this that I'm aware of, and it is at the site of Sillustani, near the shores of Lake Titicaca in Peru where a stone is actually being chopped out of live rock in the same manner in which the Egyptians, for example, quarried their rocks. So the Incas were apparently aware of and used this method but it is very, very rare.
Question: Is it possible the Incas could have moved the stone blocks by rolling them over lengths of cordage placed across the route? ~Peg

Answer: I'm not sure what the questioner means by "cordage," although the answer to the general question of how the Incas moved large rocks through the countryside is still under study. We do not have in most cases very clear roadways to indicate the method that was used to transport the stones. We often find ramps in and around the ruin sites themselves, but out in the countryside we find very little evidence of any particular route which we believe was used to move stones, and therefore we really have very little evidence of how it was done.
Having experienced Machu Picchu first hand and climbed to the top of Huayna Picchu, I can assure you that we're no closer to answering any of these questions. Researchers, archeologists and engineers continue to marvel at this newly named 'wonder of the world' and I have a feeling Machu Picchu will continue to keep it's secrets hidden.

For more insight into this enigma, check out "Machu Picchu's Mysteries Continue to Lure Explorers" on the National Geographic website as well as NOVA's interview with Ken Wright, a civil engineer currently studying the site.

Massive Triangles and Mass Abductions

We have received a detailed report of a bronze triangle from an eyewitness with an extensive history of conscious contact and a stellar reputation in the research and literary community.

This is an exceptional Object Special Report; we have an utterly impeccable eye witness who has keen observation and note taking skills and a new configuration of the black triangle as witnessed during a very recent mass abduction. This eye witness has requested to remain anonymous, so from this point on in the story we will refer to this CE4 witness as "Pat".
Through several email exchanges with Pat, we have worked up a highly accurate rendering of what the triangles might have looked like that evening. Let's take a look at Pat's emailed text description included with the two sketches of flying triangles and an apparent mass abduction:

“The exterior of the triangle shaped craft were a very dark bronze color, almost black, but this was at night and that’s probably why they were almost black. They were a dark bronze and not black. The exterior of the craft were ribbed like corrugated metal as in the drawing. Top, bottom and sides were all ribbed. The craft were completely silent with no visible propulsion. They hovered and flew bumper to bumper or what pilots would refer to as wing tip to wing tip. The lights were red, amber and whitish light glows on the sides. In the back of the craft, the lights were in mixed positions along the corrugated surface. The lights did not flash, but all colors were represented in a soft glow of light.”
In a subsequent email from Pat I received a detailed, hand drawn sketch of the triangle seen hovering above the large field adjacent to the wooded area where an apparent mass abduction took place. There were several other triangle craft of the same configuration that were seen by Pat that night. Below is one of the sketches provided by Pat, I have removed the hand written notes in pencil that were on the same page and have typed them here below:
Original sketch provided by Pat.

"... we were in elevators as we boarded, but they were very large, the size of large rooms and they went upward very fast. I suspect this was some sort of beaming, transport technology. Maybe the craft actually lowered these ‘elevators’ downward and they were a real structure. They moved upward at an incredible speed and took large groups of us into the triangular shaped craft. The walls inside the ‘elevators’ were metallic.

In another email, we received details about the abduction event itself. I want to note that I have edited out a few minor details in order to keep this witness anonymous, however all of the text regarding the actual sighting is present and unaltered.
"The sighting occurred at night over a large field adjacent to a heavily wooded State Park in the United States. After several craft were sighted, I found myself in a beige/tan colored room that was approximately 40 feet long by 16 feet wide with metallic walls. I, along with about 20 to 30 other people, was suddenly inside this room. (I feel that these triangular-shaped craft were shuttles). We all walked through a door into another smaller room that was about 10 feet by 12 feet with 10 foot high ceilings. As soon as the doors closed, we all went upward at a really high rate of speed. This made me feel we were inside a large elevator so I tend to think of these moving rooms as elevators moving into a larger structured craft.”

“People were wearing everything from everyday normal clothing to nightwear including pajamas. After we went upward very fast, I noticed everyone was walking with a dazed look on their faces except me. After the doors opened on this ‘elevator,’ everyone, still in a daze, walked out onto an enormous craft in single file. As the 'elevator' entered the craft and the door opened, I saw two tall ‘grey’ aliens with tan skin (Tans) standing off to one side. They stood at least 7 feet tall. The aliens said nothing and appeared to be observing as people exited the elevators onto the craft. I watched as the people walked toward other rooms that appeared to be ‘apartments’ but they didn’t have kitchens. There was only a bed and a toilet; no kitchen, but there were windows that looked out onto other apartments and seemingly housing blocks.”

“After everyone walked to their rooms, I went back into the ‘elevator’ which then went back down. The process repeated itself with approximately another 20 to 30 people inside the ‘elevator.’ There were also multiple ‘elevators’ taking people up to the enormous craft.”

“These triangular craft may interlock. The corrugated type ribbing may be structural docking aids. I can visualize two of these craft possibly forming a rectangle when docked.”

These are incredible details Pat is relaying to us. We can readily place the greys with the silent triangles, which now we find out are not necessarily always black, they can be dark bronze. The triangles are involved with mass abductions and we have some of the abductees like Pat remaining fully conscious, or more specifically, they are allowed to retain the memories of the experience and a few like Pat are used to calm and maneuver the large groups of people who apparently remember little or nothing of the event after the fact. Shining a bit of light onto the logistical reasoning on the part of the visitors are the apartments inside the ship for the temporary stay of the patient who is aboard long enough to need a place to lie down or use the toilet, but not around long enough to need to eat. The ground transports or elevators Pat rode in several times are interesting to note as well. Triangles certainly seem to be the shape du jour and it gives Agent D the impression that not only are we hearing more and more reports of triangle sightings, but we are getting clearer details from the witnesses of what is going on beneath and inside these craft. Will this increase in sightings and eyewitness details continue its upward curve?

Though light configurations, ports and skin surface details would seem to be varied we ultimately have two basic configurations of black triangles: equilateral triangles and isosceles triangles. The elongated triangles are based upon isosceles geometry which states that two sides of the triangle be equal versus an equilateral triangle which has three equal sides and angles and of course appears the same no matter which way it is rotated. From what we know at this point, the isosceles triangles generally are the configuration of larger vessels and in this particular sighting we can deduce from eye witness testimony that the bronze isosceles triangle is capable of transporting great numbers of crew and humans.

All of this triangle activity in our skies – what does it mean? What is it leading up to? I realize for many readers (myself included) it is difficult to wrap one’s head around the idea that the triangles are utterly real and full of telepathic, alien beings. Many readers likely feel more comfortable with the notion that black triangles are operated by secretive military personnel and simply mistaken for UFOs. While we cannot rule out the possibility that some black triangles may be operated by a military style faction of humans, this special report in particular is from an impeccable witness and unquestionably ties the Visitors, specifically the tan greys, to the silent triangles. In fact, this report not only ties the silent triangles to the greys, it ties them to the abduction phenomenon.

    Addendum by Agent K

I've recently been reading a book by author David Marler entitled Triangular UFOs: An Estimate of the Situation and it's been an eye-opening read thus far. His first case study begins with the January 5th, 2000 southern Illinois sightings where multiple eyewitnesses - including law enforcement and fire department personnel - witnessed low, slow moving black triangular and rectangular craft over the course of several hours. Without going into too much detail about those sightings there was one eyewitness description in particular that I feel relates directly to Agent D's Special Report above.

On the morning of January 5th, 2000, a computer technician working for a St. Louis law firm was driving home at 2 am when his attention was drawn to a large, dark rectangular object in the air moving toward him at about 200 feet altitude. He said it spanned the width of the highway and initially "looked like a bus" in recorded testimony he gave in 2004. On the side of the object appeared to be a large, long rectangular "window" lit up from within. As the object crossed the highway in silence, the man noticed a Florissant police officer was pulled over on the side of the road outside his vehicle watching the craft. And here's where it gets weird... Within the object's illuminated window, the man reported seeing what appeared to be "a child skipping" which then paused at the window and peered outward. The witness informed his wife of the event that same morning, and after David Marler interviewed the man in 2004, he confirmed with the man's wife the same details that were conveyed to her at the time of the sighting.

No media coverage was ever given to this sighting. I find this very interesting considering we're talking about triangular and rectangular craft full of aliens and hybrid beings actively abducting people...

How to Effectively Record a UFO

    What Not to Do

Don't use your phone-camera. Seriously, don't even think about it. If that's your only option available at the time, here's what you should do. Forget about fumbling around looking for your phone, instead focus 100% of your senses on the UFO itself. First, make a mental note of the current time of day, location and weather conditions. Second, take note of the shape, size, color, intensity and direction of travel of the object. Even the latest and greatest phone and tablet-cams can't hold a candle to a DSLR or even a mid-range point and shoot (at least not yet). The 9mp camera in my Galaxy S2 is wonderful...until you try to zoom in on anything in the distance. Or use it in the dark.

UFO added to photo using a popular app.
The web is absolutely flooded with out of focus, pixelated blobs or multi-colored swooshes that people breathlessly refer to as their "UFO sighting" when no photo at all--and a more detailed eyewitness description--would have been far more useful to an investigator. I won't even go into the possibility of lint or dirt on the lens from having it shoved in your pocket contaminating the image, or the plethora of apps now available that allow you to insert a fake "UFO" into your photos.

The bottom line is that out of tens of thousands of phonecam shots of UFO's that have been taken, I can count on one hand how many of those are actually useful. Some may argue 'it's better than nothing.' Yes and no. In most cases it only adds unnecessary clutter to the testimony, and in some cases gives diehard skeptics an even bigger bone to chew on. The human eye will always be FAR superior to any camera, combine that with our ability to process more than just what we're seeing visually and our brain becomes a far superior option to a smartphone.

    Your Moment of Opportunity

The Floridad, Uruguay UFO photo sequence
That all said, let's assume you have an actual camera on you at the time of the sighting. Great. If the camera has a burst mode, enable it immediately. Taking a handful of shots is borderline useless. As an investigator, I want to see 10...20...40 shots in succession. This not only enables me to determine a rough trajectory of the object but it rules out the entry-level hoaxer who is typically lazy and won't spend the time to doctor 20 individual photos.

Secondly, and this is critical, try to establish a frame of reference. If the object is hovering above the horizon line, make sure you begin your sequence with an establishing photo that shows the surroundings, the horizon line, the tree tops, any nearby landmarks, buildings, etc. Even if the object is nearly too small to see at that zoom level, don't worry about it. A frame of reference is crucial in determining a variety of factors when analyzing a photo. Next, zoom in halfway, not all the way because most cameras will hunt for a focus lock for precious seconds while your target could be moving or even disappear entirely while you're trying to find it in frame. Fire off a mid-range burst of shots, stop, re-establish a new focus lock if necessary and fire off a second burst. Wash, rinse, repeat.

    Calm, Cool and Collected

At this point you should be multi-tasking and by that I mean looking for the nearest solid structure to lean your body against. Even the best anti-shake cameras in the world aren't perfect and it's critical to try and stabilize yourself before you attempt any further zooming. It could be a wall, a tree, the roof of a car, even a street sign or lamp post. Once you feel sufficiently stable, zoom in for the money shot. Be patient, it will seem like the camera isn't cooperating with you to establish a focus lock on a distant object in the sky. If you're a camera whisperer and you feel confident focusing manually, by all means this is your opportunity. Most point and shoots are too difficult to focus manually, but DSLR's are typically much quicker and easier. Again, shoot in burst mode whenever possible. When you depress that shutter and hold it down not only are you taking a rapid series of shots but you're also increasing the stability of your shot by instinctively gripping the camera even tighter. If you're like me, your hands will want to involuntarily shake due to the adrenaline rush and excitement. Try to remain calm and focused, this could be your first and final shot at capturing something extraordinary on record.

    Luck Favors the Prepared

Tripods. You never have one handy when you need it, but even if you did you probably wouldn't have time to use it. More than 80% of UFO sightings last less than 30 seconds and that's just about how long it takes to get even the slickest tripod deployed. Now if this is an event that occurs on a regular basis and you have the time to pre-plan for it's arrival, by all means have a tripod deployed and ready to go. Have TWO ready and strategically positioned if possible. But more often than not this won't be the case. You'll be in your car driving near a forest or a lake at dusk and your wife will nonchalantly point out a glowing disc hovering above the opposite shoreline. Be ready! Have a disposable 35mm camera in the glovebox. You may not be able to zoom, but film is priceless when it comes to UFO footage because it's still higher resolution than even the best digital camera. If you own an extra camera that's maybe a little older and doesn't get much use anymore, keep it in the car or throw it in your briefcase or purse for the commute to work, you never know when an opportunity will present itself and you don't want to be the person saying "I didn't have a camera with me." I bought my nephew a pair of binoculars with a built-in digital camera a couple years ago, it was the best thing since sliced bread. They're cheap enough now (less than $50) that it's actually possible to have a couple of them stashed in strategic spots.

    A Shot in the Dark

    This does nobody any good.
But what if it's dark? Your challenge has now become exponentially more difficult. It's notoriously hard to get a focus lock on a pinpoint of light much less adjust your aperture so it's not wide open for multiple seconds creating those wonderfully useless multi-colored ribbons of light photos we see all over the web. If you have a night shot mode on your camera, enable it. If you have a steadyshot or VR mode on your camera, enable it. I know it's hard, but try to stay as steady as possible and rest either yourself or the camera against a solid surface: the roof of your car, a nearby light pole or street sign. The less you move around the more visual data an investigator will have to ascertain from the footage. Videographic stabilizers only go so far, especially with night time footage because stabilization software has a very difficult time with light streaks.

    Sound Advice

I realize these are mostly fundamental, common sense points I've been making here, but in the adrenaline rush of the moment most people 'black out' and forget everything. For instance, if we can't hear anything in the footage over the shouts of "HOLY SHIT!!! OH MY GOD, IT'S A FUCKING UFO!!" then we can't determine if the object is making any sound, even a fairly distant object. A low level, low frequency 'hum' or 'buzz' is typically associated with giant black triangle UFO sightings. Capturing the audible evidence of a UFO is just as important as the visual evidence. I realize it will be difficult to contain yourself verbally during such a sighting, but try to replace expletives with whispered details of what your eye is capturing, not the camera. In many cases what the eyewitness is describing visually doesn't match up with what the camera is capturing for any number of reasons, so a verbal description can be helpful in an investigation.

    The Diamond of Deceit

Once you've captured your footage it's time to analyze it and reach a whole multitude of incorrect conclusions about it, especially if it involves a pinpoint of light in the distance. The first misconception people make about cameras is that what you see in the video playback is exactly what the object looked like. Cameras don't lie, right? Wrong. They are imperfect machines built by other imperfect machines and you have to keep in mind a number of common artifacts that can appear in film, digital images and video. Halo's, atmospheric distortion, lens flares, digital interpolation...the list is long. Probably one of the most common misidentifications is the dreaded diamond of death. Most cameras have an aperture with one of three geometric shapes--a diamond, hexagon or heptagon.

Aperture shapes vary according to the number of petals they use.
This is an artifact of the camera having either a 4, 6 or 7 bladed aperture. Many older generation video cameras have a 4 bladed aperture which can turn a round point of light into a glowing diamond at full zoom. Here's an excellent example of how easily one can be fooled into thinking that distant light in the sky is anything other than an aircraft.

    The Irony of Truth

We live in a cynical world equal parts skeptic and believer, it's an unfortunate fact that your 'mind blowing' UFO video may not be as impressive as you think it is. Youtube is bursting at the seams with videos entitled "ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHING UFO FOOTAGE - BEST EVER RECORDED!!!!" and the vast majority of them are shaky, blurry, 240p garbage that serve only to further muddy the already murky waters of UFO videos. In this day and age people expect slick HD footage, if it's not 720p we're not even going to bother paying attention. The UFO footage dilemma is that the higher resolution your footage is, the higher our scrutiny of said footage will be. Ironically, the better your footage is the more people write it off as 'fake' or CGI! So you cannot assume the footage will stand on it's own, there needs to be more specific 'metadata' if you will, which is why I said it's important to have a good corroborating eyewitness testimony along with specifics like location, time, date, weather conditions, etc.

The video above is a good example of a well recorded, close up and clear UFO sighting by Mauricio Ruiz from Alvin, Texas which has subsequently been investigated by multiple researchers and (thus far) has not been proven to be a hoax or fake. It was recorded on cassette tape with his camcorder on April 11, 2008. This sighting has a number of interesting elements worth noting, such as Mauricio's calm demeanor during the experience and the obvious agitation expressed by his dog. Is it the best footage ever? No, but it presents a strong case and I felt it was noteworthy. (Watch the full episode and results of the footage analysis here)

At some point someone out there is going to capture the most amazing UFO footage in history in high definition, steady, stabilized zoom with a high quality camera. It will be independently analyzed and vetted by professionals, determined to be genuine, and we will truly have a piece of visual history making headlines. Until that day comes, keep your eyes to the sky and your camera always at the ready.

    Black Triangle Sighting: Franklin, Tennessee

We have received another detailed report of a black triangle UFO. This time the sighting is all the way on the other side of the country in Franklin, Tennessee. This eye witness contacted the Object Report after doing a Google image search for black triangle and subsequently contacted TOR with a good, detailed email of what he saw. This witness provided a (highly) verifiable email which includes an avatar head shot. The witness also provided detailed photos of his house and the location of the black triangle sighting. I am highly confident in the integrity of the eye witness. This eye witness has done such a thorough job with his description, to the point of providing on site photographs with clever overlays and text notes, that I do not feel I need to elaborate much further. The final image at bottom is an illustration by the Object Report which is based on his notes as follow:

    Good afternoon,

In all my 45 years I thought I would never have the opportunity to say this, but last night I saw a UFO. More specifically, I saw a black triangle.

Let me just state that this is probably going to be one of the most boring reports that you have received, but I felt I should share it none-the-less.

Last night, 5/14/2013, between 2045 and 2100 central time, I opened my front door to let my dog outside.  I followed her, and just like always, I happened to look up into the sky.  There it was, moving swiftly and silently, directly over my home.

My first thought was that it was some type of drone aircraft, then I immediately realized I heard no sound.  What truly caught and kept my attention was the lighted tips of the object, which formed a perfect triangle.  Also, the lights were not very bright, however they were white (non-colored).  All three lights seemed to radiate at the same intensity, and the best way I can describe it is as if a dimmer light switch is adjusted to about 70%.

Another thing struck me as interesting is that it was flying in a "skewed" position.  Let me try to describe.  If you imagine an airplane, with a light at the nose and a light at the end of each wing, the light at the nose will always be in the lead, and the wing lights will always stay equidistant in their position, and  uniform as the plane moves forward.  The same would be true if there was no light on the nose, but two lights at the tips of the wing and one on the tail.  From a view on the ground, the flat side with the two lights at the tips/edges would be moving forward (in the lead), followed by the light at the tail.

This object flew forward as if it was turned at about 30 degrees off the center axis, so I could not tell what was in the "lead".  It only kept its  uniform,  steady shape as it flew.

This entire sighting lasted approximately 10 seconds.  Of course, I had no camera with me, and I did run in and inform my wife of what I saw, and unfortunately there were no other witnesses.

I have always had a historical fascination with "stuff" like this.  I had read enough non fiction about such instances to know that black triangles and the "cigar" shaped crafts are some of the most recognized shapes that have been recorded. So, I knew exactly what it was when I saw it.

After I told my wife, I immediately googled "black triangle with lighted tips", and your sight was one of the first to be returned, so I clicked it.

I read the lengthy article and I want to try to contribute best I can to what I saw:  First here is that link:

I sent an email to the eye witness asking him a few standard questions and this is his second email sent to The Object Report:

Shape: What I saw was most closely described as what you have in this link as Fig 5. First version of tip lights illustration.  The tips definitely seemed a little rounded, not pointed.

Speed: well, I could not judge the speed but it seemed to be moving swiftly for the sighting to only last for about 10 seconds, especially from the point of view I had.

Size: If you take a silver dollar out of your pocket and hold it between your index finger and thumb, and then extend your arm above you and look at the flat side of the coin, that is approximately how large the object appeared from my ground perspective.  I have read that some witnesses state that these things are very, very large.  Well, if they are, then from my view (size of a silver dollar), it was fairly high up.

Other features: Some articles I have seen reference a light (red) in the center of the underside of the craft.  There were no other lights visible on the object that I saw.

Direction:  I found my home on Google Maps and judging by its direction, it was traveling due north.  If you continue due north from Franklin TN, you will pass by the western edge of the city limits of Nashville.

I hope this helps for your records.  Again, I never thought I would be reporting anything such as this, so this has truly been a fun exercise.  However, if you do need any more information, I will be happy to help.  I just wish I had more to share.

    Most sincerely,

Anatomy of a Black Triangle Sighting

On March 20th, 2013 we received an exceptionally detailed email from an eyewitness who recounted an up close and personal sighting of a very large black triangle craft near Camarillo, California, which he observed from within a 400 foot range. As our readers know, we have reported on the recent upswing in big black triangle sightings, but this one was different on multiple points which we’ll go into in further detail later. We will refer to the eyewitness as “Willard” from this point on as we respect his privacy. Over the course of about 7 weeks we corresponded with him, asking detailed questions and recieving equally detailed answers. What follows is a transcript of those communications, unedited and in their entirety.

Here is his original email to us:
    Hi,
Sorry, this email got way too long but I want to share and capture the relevant details. You may post this account but please do not post this with my full name. You can contact me if you want more details.

I observed a big, black triangular craft hovering motionless from about 300-400 feet away last night (Tuesday, March 19th, 7:55pm PST) near Camarillo, CA in the vicinity of the Naval Base (Point Mugu NAS) just inland.

After sharing my account last night with my family and two friends one of them directed me to your website today. Like everybody, I hear occasional reports of UFO sightings in the news but I don't follow it in much detail. Frankly, in contrast to your story (http://theobjectreport.blogspot.ca/2012/12/special-report-update-dramatic-increase.html) I'm skeptical about these being of extraterrestrial origin and put more faith in the military. But whatever it was I was very surprised to learn that others had seen something so similar. When I think of UFO's I think "round" and now here are all these reports of a black triangle. I observed this relatively close up and got a very good look at it from within a few hundred feet, watched it hovering motionless for a few minutes on approach, then was able to study it as it hovered within a distance I'd estimate to be about under 400 ft away. This morning I still can't get over the fact that now I know these accounts are actually happening because I experienced this first hand.

I don't have a photo of the craft because I was driving and had the phone attached to the hands-free cable tucked inside the console. I didn't want to take my eyes off the road or the craft to fumble with a phone. After I parked, rolled down the window and was staring right at the craft just off the road side I was mesmerized studying it's details, knowing I'd want to be able to describe this and that it probably won't photograph well anyway, just another grainy out of focus UFO shot on the internet. Within probably 15 seconds after I sat there with the window down, craning out of the window and observing it, it shot away and disappeared from view in under 10 seconds. But as soon as it was gone I called a friend partly to create a timestamp for what I'd just observed. I know the location because I recall crossing Laguna Road, thinking how it's the only bright intersection in the middle of this field area. I believe it's difficult to accurately judge size and distance when looking at something in the sky. In my experience objects tend to be larger and further away than they look to me when I have to opportunity to get to them up close to them. So, for my size and distance estimates I'll use something familiar from the ground - the tallest building in Ventura Country. Based on that, it appeared the craft was about 300 feet above the ground and about as tall as a "slice" of that office tower 1-2 stories high. I've attended a few Camarillo Air shows and seen aircraft up close, and watched one Blue Angels show close to where this sighting occurred, so I also use that for comparison of surface materials and noise levels.

Original image provided by the eyewitness.
When I got home I immediately searched the web for "black triangle UFO," then Photoshop'ed a similar image that resembled what I saw to make it a closer approximation. It really needs a 3-D rendering program to capture the mass and edges of the thing. An important distinction compared to the descriptions on your site is that the bottom of the craft I saw was smooth and devoid of any lights. In fact, that was one of it's most striking features. When observing it I remember thinking how it had no visible means of propulsion or any openings. Just a really big, smooth, black triangle with steady blue-white lights on the tips. It did not have the domed lights, black circle or stadium-style light(s) on the bottom that others have described. It appeared to be made of a seamless composite material, though at that distance small seams would not have been visible. I recall thinking for that reason maybe it was an unmanned drone but that it appeared large enough to easily hold a crew and more.

This craft hovered silently for a few minutes as I drove toward it, heading north on Las Posas Road, I had just exited PCH. From a distance of 1-2 miles during my approach I thought it was odd that a helicopter would have just three lights and in a triangular arrangement. I thought maybe there was an accident or something up ahead and it was a police helicopter hovering over the scene. As I got closer I was wondering how the lights could be so evenly spaced on a helicopter, and it became apparent there was no one else around or anything happening on the ground. Then I got close enough to see it was not a helicopter but a triangular craft, hovering motionlessly over the field just off the side of the road. When I was almost directly under it I pulled off the road and rolled down the window to get a good look at it. It was very clear conditions and the craft was relatively close to the ground. The sky was getting dark but there was still ample light to easily see it. No noise whatsoever as it hovered, then after 10-15 seconds it shot off in the direction of the ocean/base with a roaring sound, nothing as loud as a fighter jet but more like the roar of a really powerful truck engine. Acceleration was fast from its static hovering position but not supernaturally, physics-defying fast.

Here is my Photoshop mockup of what I saw and the location. It's based on a picture of a similar craft but altered to more closely resemble the one I saw. When viewed from an angle, the edges of the craft had a smooth curve and revealed its relative height and more massive form. Interestingly, I selected this picture from Google images because it looked the most like what I saw. Turns out the site I took this picture from was about a craft spotted just a few weeks ago in Oakdale, CA only 300 miles from here (http://massufosightings.blogspot.com/2013/03/ufo-sightings-mufon-case-black-triangle.html). And my location is less than 100 miles from Palmdale where the B-2 was unveiled. My event was adjacent to a Navy air weapons center. So, it's probably some classified military craft.

    Hi Willard,

First of all, thank you for this exceptionally detailed eyewitness testimony. This is the kind of report we absolutely love to get from our readers, and I'm glad to hear that someone you know pointed you in our direction. I have personally been investigating these giant black triangle sightings for nearly 20 years and it's becoming very clear to me that they fall into two categories: man-made and non-terrestrial. The reason I say "non-terrestrial" is because these sightings have occurred since the 1940's and I guarantee you this technology has only been within grasp of the military since the late 80's or early 90's at the earliest. The fact that these craft have been seen near military installations doesn't prove that they are military because in many cases the craft are far larger than what can fit within a hangar. That said, I'm fascinated by your sighting and I have some additional questions for you if you wouldn't mind answering...

    Fig 1. Cross section diagram
    provided to the eyewitness.
    1) I'm curious about the cross-section shape of this craft which I've noticed varies greatly between reports. The Highland, Illinois craft was very thick/tall and had very sharp edges along with what looked to be vertical floor-to-ceiling windows, whereas other people have described rounded edges and a slight curvature to the dorsal and ventral sides. Take a look at this chart (Fig 1) and tell me what might be closest to what you remember seeing.
Definitely "A" in the set. I remember vividly that the edges were rounded.
    2) In terms of the size of the craft at the distance you were observing it from, would you say this is too small, too large or just right? This street view (Fig 2.) is taken from the approximate vantage point you pointed out in your Google maps image looking toward the naval air station. This is approx. 400 feet away based upon some very rough distance calculations. I agree with you that it's very difficult to determine the size and distance of something hovering in the sky, especially if your adrenaline is pumping.
Fig 2. Initial "sketch" provided to the witness to determine relative size and orientation.
    Actual location: 34°10'56.09"N, 119° 4'10.79"W

I was actually much closer than the perspective of the observer in your mockup. As I interpret this, it was where the nearest vehicle is, on the right hand berm, with the craft a little closer to the road. The object was much larger that what's shown, it should take up 4 or 5 times the area of what's in your image. I was heading away from the base just like that car and stopped when the craft was directly perpendicular to my position, the closest I could get without crossing the road.
    3) Was the coloration gray, black, gunmetal? Did you see any markings or insignia's at all? And in regards to the three lights at each corner, I noticed in your rendering you have the entire TIP looking as if it's glowing and lit up. So what you're saying is that the lights didn't seem to emanate from "lights" per se, it was more like the entire structure at each tip was glowing internally?
Color was a dark gray, very uniform as if it was new. I saw no evidence of seams. It had no insignias, no markings of any kind, no openings, no windows. To give an idea of its perceived size, if it had been created with windows or doors they could have been a full story high, meaning a man could stand in them and probably raise his arms over his head without touching the top, like a story of an office building, with enough room for the hull of the ship. That's what gave me the idea to use the height and size comparison of the tall building in Ventura (http://www.emporis.com/building/300-esplanade-oxnard-ca-usa). Imagine being in the parking lot of that building at a distance about 6 lanes from the base, looking up, with the top 1 or maybe 2 floors of that building hovering steady at about 80% of their normal height. Then you'd have a good feel for the distance and height of what I saw. The "base" area was perhaps at most half the size of a floor of that building. That's why I looked like it could hold a crew of several people with room for equipment or cargo. Often I've referred to this as "black" but actually it was dark grey. If it had been truly black it would not have been as visible as it was. And I'd describe it as a smooth matte finish. It looked very much like dark gray sand-able primer for automotive use.

And, yes, the entire structure of the tips glowed internally. The lights at the tips emitted their light uniformly from within. I couldn't really see the tops but as it sped away it appeared the tips gave off light on all surfaces. Imagine frosted white plexiglass with extremely powerful bluish-white light evenly distributed from within. These were not specular lights or spot lights in any way. The light coming from these helped to illuminate the surfaces of the craft so that I was able to see it so well, and contributed to some ground illumination but did not appear to be landing lights, per say. And the craft did not appear to have any intention of landing.
Did these lights look like landing lights on an aircraft, or were they less bright and directed than that? Also, there was NO red light in the center of the belly, correct? This is also another feature which is seen in 90%+ of all black triangle sightings.
They did not look like landing lights. Because they are so diffused it's sort of curious what they are for but they are very bight and big. They gave off enough light that I could "read a newspaper" and it was an even, diffused light. I'm absolutely certain there was no red light on the bottom. No features whatsoever. The bottom surface appeared perfectly flat and smooth.

Something more about the scale of this thing as it relates to your mockup from my description. Because in my account I initially thought it was a helicopter from the distance that may have you thinking it was about that size. It was much larger than that. If it wanted to serve as a floating landing pad it would have enough room for at least 2 heliports on the upper surface. Part of what hit me on the approach that it could not be a helicopter was the sheer size of it. Each side of the triangle was about the length of three houses - typical southern California track houses packed wall-to-wall. That's why I say there was plenty of room for a crew and cargo inside. It was like a flying floor of an office building. That's also what made its acceleration so impressive, like a small tanker going "0 to 60 in 3 seconds." Those lights on the tips appeared to be at least half the size of a car. So, not enormous like "Independence Day" but more like a sea vessel than an aircraft. That's what makes the stationary hover so amazing.

For an instant as I was taking it in from my parked car I thought "Could this be a balloon designed as a prank, intentionally made to look like some kind of UFO?" but the way it took off just implied a structural rigidity that seemed like it was solid and massive, and even a big balloon seems unlikely to have remained so stationary with no hint of movement for the duration it was hovering. Its always seemed to remain at the exact same altitude. From the first time I noticed it in the distance until it was out of site it appeared to never move up or down so much as a inch. The more that I think about it, the only "logical" explanation for something of this scale hovering would be a balloon, something the Macy's Thanksgiving parade people or a hot air balloon company would have to manufacture. But the movement was not like a balloon. Balloons inevitable bobble and want to move up. This object's altitude was rock solid. It moved more like something on rails than as an air craft.

I have a friend who's going to help me measure out the distances with a tape measure so we can put some hard numbers to the dimensions. I'll pass that along.
    4) The noise you described I find interesting because there has never been a sound associated with these sightings other than a low hum or low frequency rumble, never an 'engine' sound like you described, so I find that detail interesting. You said you rolled the window down, did you happen to notice the smell of ozone or cinnamon in the air after your sighting?
As it hovered it was complete silence from the craft. A semi-truck crossed Laguna Rd as I was approaching the intersection on Las Posas. I suppose there's a slight chance the sound was coincidentally coming from across the field and just seemed like it was the craft, but honestly it stuck me as interesting, too, since you always hear these things are silent but I feel pretty sure the sound I heard was coming from the craft and seemed to start as it accelerated away, and in fact I even remember thinking "I thought these things didn't make any noise." There was no smell of ozone or cinnamon, and I have a pretty good nose. No unusual odors at all.
    5) Lastly, the speed of it's acceleration... how would you describe that and could you guesstimate the speed at which it moved away from you? 60 mph? 100 mph? 300 mph? Was the acceleration gradual like an aircraft would be, or was it abrupt?
Acceleration was abrupt, non-aircraft like. I've watched a Harrier jet take off vertically and dart away and it was way faster than it could do. It was more like a ground vehicle that just very quickly got up to speed like a sports car doing a quarter mile, but after it got moving fast it appeared to maintain speed and was gone from view within 5-8 seconds. Today I asked myself why I didn't chase it just in case it stopped again, but I could never have kept up with it and I was in a spry little car if I were crazy enough to drive that fast. But if it weren't for my limitation of being on streets and it headed off diagonally from the road where I couldn't actually chase after it, I could have pursued it for a few more seconds, so I'll guess it topped out under 150 mph, maybe even under 100 but it got started so fast it wasn't worth doing a U-turn. I might try to draw something on paper. If I do I'll scan it and send it over.
Sorry for all the questions, but I feel it's important to get these details while they're fresh in your mind. I may be able to create a 3D model of this based upon your input.

Again, I appreciate your input on this and thank you for your excellent testimony. This will very likely become the core of an upcoming special report follow-up and I will certainly keep your identity anonymous.

    Best Regards,
    Agent K

NOTE: At this point both Agent D and I began to work jointly with Willard to extract even more specific details from his sighting.

    Hi Willard,

I'm thinking about doing a 3D rendering of your BT as I need one for an upcoming Special Report I'm working on and I think your sighting makes for the best rendering. I'll keep you in the loop and perhaps you can help me tweak as we move along with the 3D modeling.

I know Agent K asked you about the rounded edges, can you take a look at two graphics and see what looks to match the actual thickness and in the second graphic see what you think about the roundness of the points, the roundness of the lights. This is just a starting place, so please point out what is correct or not correct, this will only be as accurate as your feedback and it would of course be nice to post something online that is spot on to what you saw.

    Agent D
    Hi D,
Just wanted to give you a quick reply now and will follow up more within a day or so. Since observing this it really became the focal point of my week, to the detriment of my regular routine.  I re-visited the site 3 times, once with a friend. And, using a tape measure we were able to get some more accurate measurements by walking things out at a distance and stepping back to check the marks. I'll take a second stab at creating a more detailed image, something with call outs, that betters matches what I saw if only a hand drawing. That will probably help.

    Regarding the latest questions:

Fig 3. Tip shape and shade diagram provided to eyewitness.
It was more like triangle A on the left. The lights on the corners had a distinctly "knocked off" design so that the tips of the craft were not really points but squared off in the last couple feet. That's clear in my mind. The craft was at least 150 feet on each side and the squared off lights of its tips were probably about 4-5 feet across from "tip" to the point where they met the hull.

As for color, I'm inclined to go with "E" in the shades (Fig 3). It sort of reminded me of those matte finish charcoal paints that are popular with high end cars lately. I'd call the color "anthracite with a matte to semi-flat finish."

    Fig 4. Relative thickness diagram
    provided to eyewitness.
For cross section, B looks like a good match with C coming in a close second (Fig 4).

I'm happy to help you tweak this. I intend to go back and get a photo tomorrow night from the exact angle and time, and another just a little earlier to adjust for the lesser sensitivity of the camera vs. human eye. You could use that as a backdrop. I'll also get one from about 150 feet away to show the relative distance, angle and scale of things compared to my car.

Something worth mentioning is that I got a great look at one side/edge and an ideal look at the entire bottom, plus all of a second side/edge as it hovered motionless. I never really saw the third side due to it's angle of departure, except a bit as I was approaching from the distance and just starting to realize it was not a helicopter. So there's no telling if that edge could have had windows or anything else going on. When it departed to my left as I watched it from the side of the road, it lead primarily with the tip on the left, so as it rushed away I got an even better look at the second "trailing" side/edge but never of the far side. However, on my initial approach as I was just realizing it was not a helicopter in the distance, there were no visible internal lights or indications of windows.

The bottom was perfectly smooth, devoid of any features, none of the domes and red lights of other pictures I've seen, no obvious signs of panels for landing gear.

I'll create some drawings to better explain all this, including drawing on the maps so my angle of approach, viewing angle, and the craft's angle of departure are better described

    Hi Willard,

Sorry for my delay in response, I've been traveling quite a bit lately and I'm just circling back around to this topic now. I see that Agent D has been in contact with you regarding details of your sighting. He's been working on a 3D model of the craft you saw that we hope to use in an animation sequence. I realize you're probably sick of thinking about this whole incident by now, but I have just a few more final questions for you. The special report we are putting together on your sighting is tentatively titled "Anatomy of a Black Triangle Sighting" We will be using large portions of our email conversation and your answers to our questions, we will of course change your name and not use any personally identifying information.

First off, you said you were headed north on Las Posas Rd. just past Laguna when you saw the craft. I'm assuming you pulled over on the right hand shoulder of the road, and if you were looking out the drivers side window then the craft must have been nearly directly overhead? Or was it more to one side of the road than the other? The reason I ask is that there are power lines running along the left side of the road, so were those lines at any point between the craft and your line of sight? Or was the craft still above those power lines?

Secondly, do you remember the orientation of the craft to you? ie: Was one corner facing you, or were you looking at one of the sides? And I believe you said it was perfectly stationary and not slowing rotating on it's axis, correct? When it took off toward the NAS did it rotate at all, or was it just a smooth motion in a single direction?

    Lastly, the lights at the tips of this triangle I find most intriguing because of how you described them as "glowing internally" from within the structure. I have put together a rough illustration (Fig 5) showing the tip lights, I realize these might be too large or bright, so I would like your input on how close or far off I am in terms of size, shape and intensity;
Fig 5. First version of tip lights illustration.

Here's a version (Fig 6) with less intense lighting:
Fig 6. Second version of tip lights illustration.

Fig 7. Tip configuration and shape rendering.
Finally, here's a render (Fig 7) showing just the shape, thickness and tip configuration of the craft. I don't think we've yet nailed the shape of the tips, so we'll need a little more input from you on that aspect since we feel it's one of the most unique details about this sighting. Let us know if this is fairly accurate.
We're excited to put this article together with the support of your excellent eyewitness testimony. Thanks in advance for your time and patience answering our questions.

At this point Agent D and I felt like we could finalize the rendering based upon this final bit of input from Willard. His final email to us came about a week later, and clearly this was something he was ready to stop thinking about and put behind him.
    Agent K,
At first, I wasn't going to talk about this anymore. It was all I could think about for several days but I'm feeling like putting this behind me. Other people just don't understand. But when I opened your first image it brought it all back. The first image is the closest so I'll just focus my message on that. You've done a very good job so I'll help you refine this a bit more.

You need to rotate the craft so one of its sides is parallel to the road. It was almost directly overhead.

It looked about 3 times bigger than in your rendering in BT1 but part of that is due to me being almost directly under it. In your image we're still approaching it. The edge was lined up with the road. I pulled onto the right hand berm and parked, I don't recall the power lines obstructing my view at all but I was so in awe of what I was seeing if it turns out the angle is impossible then I'm probably filtering them out in my memory. From my parked view point, I was sitting on the right hand side barely off the road and I deliberately stopped at dead center of the craft's side. I distinctly recall trying to stick my head out of the open driver side window to take it in, so I guess it must have been partially or almost over the road. but I recall on my approach thinking that it was directly over the left edge of the road. It seems almost as if the craft were to decent directly down and land then it's edge would have been just a few feet off the left side of the road and parallel to it.

The color is right but in your rendering it's all so dark and uniform you can't really see any detail. Try to lighten it a tiny bit more to reveal the rounded sides. Maybe add a fill light coming from below. It gave off enough light that some of the light was reflecting back off the ground to provide the eye with plenty of fill light to see the surface. Although it didn't have defined panels or openings there was still enough illumination to see the curvature of the sides relative to the flat surface of its bottom.

When it took off, it nearly followed the edge of the road, as if there were an imaginary lane for it in the sky, except that there was ever so slight a departure angle that as it moved away it quickly moved further away from the road, more into the fields and abruptly into the darkness.

The shape of the lights are all wrong, but the lighting effect is very accurate. You've depicted rounded lights but they are actually trapezoids, i.e. four trapezoidal sides and a rectangular end. I wasn't clear about this before but it's one of the things I remember vividly. Aside from their shape, in your rendering the amount of glow effect makes them appear to protrude beyond the top and bottom of the craft but that's not correct; they perfectly match the edges and extend the surface of the hull.

I wish I could draw better than a 5 year old so, in lieu of drawing skills, let me try to describe how to construct it if working with real materials. Imagine you have an equilateral triangle cut from, say, a piece of 3/4" plywood. Now, to give it the rounded edges take some 3/4" half round trim and, using a miter, cut them to the properly length to fit perfectly against the sides (edges) so they meet at the tips. Then you can glue them onto the edges of the triangle to give it rounded sides (essentially, you've got this part right). At this stage of our model construction with its rounded sides, at each tip the trim strips we've added butt against each other so their otter surfaces results a circular cross sect. (I think each trim board is mitered at a 60 degree angle to form it's half of the 120 degree angles of the triangle's corners.) Now, we want to flatten off the corners (i.e., the tips of our triangular model) to make them blunt. Suppose you had some sort of flat belt sander mounted such that it operated in a vertical, 90 degree position to a table top, and you placed our model flat on the table top (just the way it hovers over the road) and you touched each tip to the sander to slightly grind each tip flat. Forget about aerodynamics and do just the opposite - give it a blunt flat nose on each tip. Now, since everything is made of wood, we need to indicate where the lights begin. So, draw a line a short distance in from the tip on each surface to denote the "seam" where the light meets the hull. For the finishing touch, to give the lights flat sides, using a sanding block flatten the sides of the lights from the squared off tips to where you've drawn the line. Where the bottom surface meets the light i think this will be a line because it's where two flat surfaces meet. On the sides, it's some sort of curve because the squared off "nose" at each corner is transitioning into the curvature of the sides. I've tried to draw this in plan view (attached).

Finally, your lights are too big. If you measured from the tip of the light to where they end, make them at most 1/3 the size you've shown. They really must look more like trapezoidal light fixtures on the corners. In your rendering they look like gigantic illuminated bumpers. But you did a great job on the lighting effect. It really takes me there.

Lastly, the whole size and perspective thing deserves to be closer. As mentioned, this is a good sense of what it looked like in the final approach (but the craft needs to be rotated to have a side parallel to the road). But I remember trying to crane my head out of the car and wanting to get out the car to really look up and see it, but was fumbling with getting the window down and getting out of the seat belt because it was restricting my ability to turn and stick my head out of the car to really take it in. I recall an extreme sense of frustration and feeling so restricted by the car, and at the same time not wanting to take my eyes off the craft because it was so amazing. The car became my enemy in that moment, I just wanted to peel it off and take in the craft with my eyes. I had put the top up just a few miles before when re-entering PCH on my return and kept wishing I had come upon this with the top down. Anyway, I digress on the feelings in that moment, so back to your rendering...

I've zoomed in more on your image and enlarged the craft. Wow, it's really starting to put me back in time. The sheer size of the thing. How it hovered so perfectly still. So utterly silent, just hanging there in the sky overhead. And the erie glow of those lights. It was so bright I could have read a newspaper, yet the light was wonderfully diffused and not at all specular. Given the massive surface of the craft's bottom, it reminded me of being in some domed amphitheater, except there were only three lights producing all this illumination. And no feeling of heat. Then, it suddenly accelerated and it was just gone in seconds. I mentioned hearing the roar of an engine, and I'm not changing my story, but after returning to the spot it is possible that it was from a truck on another road since the land there is just miles and miles of perfectly flat fields, crisscrossed with a grid of roads. Sounds carry a long distance, not to mention the naval base airport was not far away.

Attached is a re-scaled image with a placeholder car to help appreciate the relative sizes, at least this is what it seemed to be.
First off, you said you were headed north on Las Posas Rd. just past Laguna when you saw the craft. I'm assuming you pulled over on the right hand shoulder of the road, and if you were looking out the drivers side window then the craft must have been nearly directly overhead?
Yes, nearly overhead, me pulled off to the right, it hovering off the left side, with one of it's sides mostly parallel to the road.
...were you looking at one of the sides?
Yes, I got a great look at one of it's sides, the side parallel to the road. Had I known what I was approaching I might have gotten a better look at what turned out to be the "front" but when I parked it was no longer visible. I never saw the far side.

The final rendering (Fig 8) has been posted here for our readers and we feel that it's as close as we could get to the eyewitness account based upon the input we gathered. The next step in this investigation will be the release of an animated 3D sequence currently in development which recreates the overall motion, point of view and speed of acceleration.

    Final Thoughts

I find the general tone of his final email to us to be quite telling. The fact that he does not believe his own sighting speaks volumes about the stigma associated with giant black triangle sightings, as well as UFO sightings in general. I'm a firm believer that most eyewitnesses fall into two categories: People who accept that what they've seen is genuinely unexplainable and people who continue to struggle to find a logical, rational explanation for their sighting. I think Willard falls into the latter category. Regardless of the reality of his sighting and the impact it had on him, he continues to believe it's military-related because the alternative possibility is too hard to accept. People will go out of their way to debunk those who have witnessed something extraordinary, our society has been taught to ridicule anyone with an alternative viewpoint and to immediately place an 'unknown' into a 'known' category, regardless of the facts and details. Did Willard have an up close and personal experience with a highly classified military craft above farmland in Ventura County? It's a possibility. Or did he witness something not of this earth? Perhaps. The silent black triangles are still a mystery so it's difficult to form a conclusion, although we can form a good visual based upon eyewitness testimony like this and hopefully we will have more black triangle close encounters to dissect in the near future.

We thank the eyewitness for his cooperation in this investigation. For any further inquiry into this sighting or to share your own black triangle sighting, please contact us directly.

Some additional information about Point Mugu Naval Air Station
NBVC (Naval Base Ventura County) is a diverse installation comprising three main facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island. NBVC supports approximately 80 tenant commands with a base population of more than 19,000 personnel, making it the largest employer in Ventura County. At Point Mugu, NBVC operates two runways and encompasses a 36,000 square mile sea test range, anchored by San Nicolas Island. The range allows the military to test and track weapons systems in restricted air- and sea-space without encroaching on civilian air traffic or shipping lanes. The range can be expanded through interagency coordination between the U.S. Navy and the Federal Aviation Administration. Telemetry data can be tracked and recorded using technology housed at San Nicolas Island, Point Mugu and Laguna Peak, a Tier 1 facility also controlled by NBVC.
    Point Mugu NAS overview.

Nearby Laguna Peak tracking station. The Camarillo Black Triangle craft
exited the area directly between Point Mugu NAS and Laguna Peak.
The facility in Point Mugu, California, started as a United States Navy anti-aircraft training center during World War II and was developed in the late 1940s as the Navy's major missile development and test facility. This facility was the site where most of the Navy's missiles were developed and tested during the 1950/1960 era, including the AIM-7 Sparrow family and the AIM-54 Phoenix air-to-air, Bullpup air-to-surface, and Regulus surface-to-surface missiles.
Pt. Mugu has dominated the area since the 1940s, and is one of the few places in the area that is not agricultural. The base has been home to many ordnance testing programs, and the test range extends offshore to the Navy-owned San Nicolas Island in the Channel Islands. (Wikipedia)
